Burton Heights is the up-and-coming place to do business. On one of the busiest corridors in the city and growing population of over 19,000,
this area hosts an exciting mix of ethnic backgrounds, with over fifty percent of residents of Hispanic origins. Many businesses cater to surrounding residents with ethnic grocery stores, clothing shops, restaurants and other services. As a truly mixed community, retail opportunity exists to cross demographic barriers.
The area also waits the opening of the Ray and Joan Kroc Crops Community Center. This catalyst project of over $15 million will be a major community facility located at 2500 S. Division.
Other catalyst projects include the Bus Rapid Transit - Silver Line. Running through the heart of
"NV led an effort to create a gateway into the Burton Heights Business Area at the intersection of Division Avenue and 28th Street. This gateway transformed a vacant parcel of land into a dynamic entrance into our commercial corridor.
